Travel Grant for Surgical Residents/Trainees in COSECSA nations

Upasuaji International offers a yearly travel grant for surgical residents. The 2024 application is now closed and the grant has been awarded. Check back in August 2025 for information on our 2025 grant.

The grant is designed to financially assist trainees in COSECSA nations to attend scientific conferences where they will present their original research.

• Amount: Up to $1000 of qualified travel expenses will be covered.

• Eligibility: Any surgical trainee in COSECSA nations is encouraged to apply. This includes fellows and OB/GYN trainees
